Jim Wright | Founder

Jim founded Wright in 1970 and has provided the drive, enthusiasm and vision that have fueled the company's growth and success. Under Jim’s leadership the company has grown from a two-employee forms manufacturer into a six-division, widely diversified print communications company with more than 325 employees, $50+MM in annualized revenues, and manufacturing facilities spanning the West Coast. Despite being recognized as an industry pioneer and respected for his independence and bullish view of the print and graphic arts industry, Jim’s greatest accomplishments continue to be his selfless commitment to his family, valued employees and community.

 

Dan Adkison | President and COO

Dan is a seasoned veteran of the printing and graphic arts industry with 30+ years of experience in sales, sales management and general management. He is an accomplished business leader with a record of executing strategies for improved business processes and bottom-line results. As President and COO of Wright Business Graphics, Adkison has led an ambitious transformation that included new client-driven technology, implementation of Lean Manufacturing disciplines, aggressive product diversification and a renewed emphasis on overall client satisfaction. Prior to joining Wright Business Graphics, Dan was Regional Vice President of Sales for WorkflowOne, the largest independent distributor organization in the U.S.

 

Gordon Klepec | Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Gordon has nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and sales management. Prior to joining Wright Business Graphics, he led the sales initiatives of a large regional trade printer and was responsible for $30 million in sales. Klepec's leadership skills, determination and strong interpersonal skill set positioned him to ascend to his current position in Wright Business Graphics where he leads a strong sales team and continues to bring industry leading technology and services to his clients.

Debbie Aker | Vice President / GM of Wright Imaging

Debbie has 30 years of industry experience and is a seasoned professional in both print and promotional products. She is highly disciplined and creative, with an outstanding track record of streamlining and enhancing customer service functions for growing, multi-location companies. Debbie began her career with Wright Business Graphics in 1980, working as an estimator, Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Manager. From 1988 to 1990 she worked in her family's print manufacturing facility in Texas. Prior to re-joining Wright Business Graphics, she served as Customer Service Manager for WorkflowOne's Portland division, the largest independent distributor organization in the U.S. Her unique skill set will bring the necessary qualities for the fast paced, technology driven division of Wright Imaging.

Ty Babcox | Director of Information Technology

Ty has over 20 years experience in IT and 5 years in Sales and Marketing. With previous roles as a Developer, Systems Administrator and Contract Programmer for corporations such as Microsoft, Babcox has acquired a comprehensive skill set that will assist him in managing numerous software platforms across multiple locations. His unique blend of IT and Sales backgrounds will be a tremendous asset while working directly with clients and developers to deliver solutions.

Robin Dodd | Commercial Print Division Manager

Robin has been involved in nearly every facet of the commercial printing industry for over thirty-five years with the majority of that time at Graphic Arts Center in Portland, Oregon. His experience in sales, management, and production have helped build the commercial print division at WBG and provided its distributors with new and additional services to offer their clients. He has authored several estimating, job ticket and purchasing programs as well as serving on national committees for implementation of workflow management systems.

Eric DeRoos | Director of Premedia, G7 Professional

Eric has over 15 years experience in print production and prepress operations within high-end commercial printers and packaging industries. Most recently, Eric lead the team at The Irwin-Hodson Company in Portland, Oregon, where he won numerous industry awards and was nationally recognized for developing print projects promoting UV technology. Eric has a proven track record of streamlining pre-press departments by utilizing his extensive knowledge of file manipulation, color management and total workflow implementation practices.

Brad Willard | Production Manager (Portland, OR)

Brad has over 20 years experience in the print industry. He began his career with Wright as a Collator Operator and moved up within the company as a manager in Purchasing, Sales Service, and currently Production Manager. Brad's extensive knowledge in print production, material cost and sales estimating, coupled with his leadership skills has contributed greatly to his success.

Pam Cramer | Customer Service Manager (Kent, WA)

Pam has over 20 years of customer service experience, and has been part of the management team for the last 5 years. Pam's experience, and levity contribute greatly to her success. Pam attended Southern Oregon University.

Jeff Trump, CDC | Vice President / GM (Chino, CA)

Jeff is a 35-year veteran of the printing and graphics arts industry and brings to this position diverse and complementary operations, supply chain management, business building and customer relations skills. Most recently Trump was the Vice President of Operations for Cenveo and managed multiple, highly diverse manufacturing facilities including: PrintXcel, Printegra, Nashua Label and RX Technologies.
